Power-lifting Champions
Over the past 7 years, in addition to my regular work as a personal trainer, I have had the pleasure of coaching 3 Power Lifters. They had been training to be selected to represent the UK for The Special Olympics 2007 World Games in China. One of the Power Lifters was selected, and went onto compete in China in October 2007. In the power lifters class he managed to bring home 3 BRONZE medals.
I am immensely proud of the Power Lifters achievements to date, which include many medals at key Power Lifting championship events in Britain and Scotland and Wales. Their phenomenal success is testament to what can be achieved with a bit of dedication and hard work.
