Anoush will undertake an initial assessment of your fitness to attain what workouts and styles of training will suit your needs best. This is recommended when undertaking a course of personal training, also if you plan to join a gym or are just going to start some form of excerise. 1hr session – £30
Diet is the most important factor when training. Anoush will look at your current lifestyle and create a diet plan around you. Eating the right foods and avoiding or moderating the things you may love that are”not good” for you, will really benefit your training. Food Diary – £40
The rates shown above are for personal training between the hours of 8am to 7pm. If you would like to have your training sessions starting before 8am or starting at 8pm or later, a premium rate will be charged.
48 hours cancellation notice must be given otherwise charges will incur. All payments are non-refundable.
