I really believe that if Anoush could afford to get people fit and not charge any money, he would. His commitment to my fitness is far greater than mine. Since I started training with Anoush I have run numerous 10k races and 2 half marathons, I have no more aches and pains and am continually impressed at the way he continually introduces new ways to shock my body, most things you read in Mens health about “new workouts” Anoush will have done months before. If you’re really serious about living that little bit longer (you probably are if you’re reading this) then dump your Gym membership (that you never use) and start training .

Going to see Anoush in October 2011 was pretty much the first formal exercise I had done since University – a gap of almost 20 years. I now do fitness training with Anoush, for 1 hour, once a week and feel much better for it. You set the pace of your class, and in my case, I am offered a selection of circuits and weights. Each week we try to improve on the time and number of repetitions. As I travel extensively, Anoush has also introduced me to a bespoke sequence of kettle bell weight exercises, which I can do anywhere anytime, with or without a hotel gym. These I do 4-5 times a week. Anoush’s service includes the use of his excellent and fully equipped gym in Saltdean, consultation on diet and even post-training advice. On the rare occasion that you should be in any post-class discomfort, he can talk you through exercises to stretch those tired muscles. He also offers skype training sessions, so you can work with him where ever you find yourself on the globe, as long as you have internet. I am told that many personal trainers lack the personal touch and interest in your lifestyle that Anoush offers in abundance and as a result I hope to continue my sessions with him indefinitely.

I’ve been training with Anoush for several years – I wanted to lose weight and get fitter. In helping me to achieve both, I’ve been challenged to push myself further than I ever thought possible – and I’ve succeeded each time. I used to be the person who stood still on escalators: now I can run up them. Anoush has supported me, taken care that I didn’t end up injuring myself and laughed with me.
